Roseann has been fascinated with real estate for as long as she can remember. Being born and Growing up in San Francisco, Roseann is left as one of the few remaining true San Franciscan natives. She was exposed to many of its diverse neighborhoods growing up, and has witnessed the dramatic changes over the years.

Roseann has been a licensed Realtor since 1995. Roseann has been involved in the banking industry, mortgage industry and has worked as an Escrow Officer for one the most productive title companies in San Francisco. All of this experience has assisted to mold Roseann into the real estate professional she is today!

Today, Roseann has made a full circle returning to Herth Real Estate where she originally started selling real estate back in 1995. She has currently teamed up with a Top Producer at Herth , Pat Patricelli and together they are off to an amazing start.
